| July 24, 2009... Pop Chips - could start a chip revolution?? |
| Can you "pop" a potato?? This is a new product where they pop a potato like popcorn… hmmm. Pop Chips is a healthier version of chips, if it is a chip I gotta try it. The Target down the road is suppose to have some, so I will let you know… I like #2 snacker's credo on their website "there are few woes a snack won't cure. Or at least make better." |

| July 23, 2009... Beaver Pond - hike near Lost River |
| We have a favorite small hike - Beaver Pond, it is right past Lost River and is real easy for the kids to hike. We go out to a big rock that goes out into the lake and hang out there and enjoy the views of the mountains, rocks, and water. |

| July 21, 2009... Squam Lakes Nature Science Center |
| We checked out the Squam Lake Natural Science Center - it is a great place to take the kids. There are lots of animals - the birds/raptors section was the best, a lot of interactive activities & games, and you get to walk through the woods from exhibit to exhibit. And the Children's Activity Center!! The Children's center alone was probably worth the price of admission for the boys (actually Jake got in FREE with our Fun Pass Book!!), a giant cargo net spiderweb, a "tree" to climb inside up to the 2nd floor, and much more… check out our photos |

| We had a few of the Nelson crew come up for a day at the lake. The kids had a lot of fun @ the beach and playing after/during dinner by the river. Oh yeah - and it was my Birthday today!! |

| We are getting ready for our trip up to the White Mountain for a few days of R-and-R (rest and relaxation… not with 2 little boys more like Running-and-Recreation). Let the schlepping begin!! |

| The other day we went to Parlee Farms, feed some goats and had some ice cream. Jake got to go on their new mini-tractor "training" course - a small moitorized tractor that he could drive himself. We had to go from Parlee Farms to Lavoie's farm to pick strawberries.I had posted a few photos from the outing… |

| July 7, 2009... Squeezed in Another Fitness U |
| Every week the Fitness U clinics have been 50/50 due to the rain - tonight was overcast, but the rain held off. Jenn & joe came to this one - Joe definitely enjoyed being around all the kids. This time the clinic was @ Hollis/Brookline High School - a very nice/new facility. |

| We went down to Field Day @ Holman Stadium on July 4th. Field Day is a bunch of activities, races, and games for the kids - Nashua has had this event since I was a kid… the boys had lots of fun!! I posted a few pictures. |
