September 29, 2008... Apple Picking - Lavoie's Farm
We went apple picking the other day at Lavoie's Farm with Na & Pa. Jake liked everything about the farm - the hay bales, the tractors, the pumpkin patch, the corn maze, and - oh yeah - the apple picking.

September 27, 2008... Twisteroo
Here is a interesting game to keep your mind sharp…Twisteroo. Your goal is to put every word from the quotation into the grid below. Words can twist in any direction -- up, down, left, right, diagonally -- as long as all the letters in a word are touching. Enjoy playing…

September 14, 2008... Happy Anniversary - #6, Jake's Birthday - #4
Today is our 6th Wedding Aniversary - we found out, after having Jake on Sept. 15th, that our Anniversary usually takes a back seat to birthday party plans. Today we actually had Jake's 4th Birthday Party at the SEE Science Center in Manchester - Jake got his Spiderman cake and had a great time running around the center. We combined birthday parties Jacob & Jackson together - 2 JHTs. I will post some photos soon

Jake is starting up Pre-school this fall - he is so excited to go to school - he really likes to be around the other kids (we just need work on sharing toys a little bit more). He will have a Birthday celebration at school on Monday - he is bringing in brownies and milk for the entire class.

September 1, 2008... Hopkinton State Fair
We went up to the Hopkinton State Fair this weekend - we all had a great time!! Na & Pa, Sue & Amanda, and our family went on Sunday and we did everything - amusement rides, we checked out all the animals: goats, sheep, cows, pigs, horses, and llamas. We also visited Uncle Sonny & Aunt Bev and a lot of their family - Jake declared Uncle Sonny as "King of the fair". Jake had lots of fun!! Jake's cousin Zach even helped out with Jake's 1st pony ride (pony's name Sprinkles). Jake also found a big pile of sawdust and could not refuse jumping into it and climbing up it!! I will be posting photos soon..
